SHIPPING

Each DESIGnana piece is carefully wrapped by hand before it leaves the studio.
Whenever possible, we use recycled and eco-friendly packaging materials.

Orders are shipped 1–2 times per week.
Estimated delivery times will be shared at checkout and may vary depending on location.

Local pickup may be available upon request.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with the original packaging.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If a piece does not feel right for you, returns are accepted.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a returned item shows signs of use or damage, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please allow a few working days for processing.

If the refund still hasn’t appeared, we kindly ask you to check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

If you’ve done this and still have questions, feel free to contact us — we’ll look into it together.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

DESIGnana ceramics are handmade and handled with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Kindly include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue calmly and fairly.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made using accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
Payment processing usually takes 1–3 working days.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned piece once it has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver before being passed on, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

COMPLAINTS

If an item does not reflect the agreed quality or expectations, please reach out within 2 months of discovering the issue.
We believe in open communication and will always try to find a thoughtful solution together.
