Ash Line is built around contrast. Parts of the clay remain textured and tactile, while glazed areas become quieter, softer and smoother in the hand.
The glaze moves differently across every surface. Small variations in tone, texture and firing remain visible, allowing each object to carry its own character.

A cup becomes familiar through use. The surface changes slightly with light, touch and time. Ash Line is made to live on the table, not behind glass.
